Intercom, Ireland IT service firm adds 350 jobs globally
Intercom, an Ireland IT Company announced to generate 350 jobs and it has developed a platform for the business to interact with their customer.
At Dublin office, 150 different roles will generate, with the rest spread across San Francisco headquarters and London operation.
Many of the skills such as product design, analytics, and research, management, and engineering will be filled over the next 18 months.

Established in 2011 by Eoghan McCabe, and Des Traynor, Intercom has employee strength of about 400 employees spreading across all offices in Chicago, Dublin, London and San Francisco.
Currently, Intercom holds about 25000 highest paying customers and received series of fundraising at $116m which accounts for almost a billion dollars.
Intercom investors comprise of US-based Bessemer Venture Partners, capitalist, Social Capital, philanthropist’s partnership and technologists and they have contributed to likes of Pinterest, Yelp, and LinkedIn.
Biz Stone co-founder of Twitter, top entrepreneurs and Collison brothers all these firms supports Intercom through investment companies or social capital.
Mr.Traynor mentioned to the Irish Independent that Intercom caters to 400 to 500 million conversations every month.
“We’ve touched or engaged a billion or so people on the planet. So that’s a much better discussion of the value of Intercom than the dollar sign put on some term sheet a while ago,” Mr.Traynor said.
